Welcome to Villa Bellator
Thank you for choosing Villa Bellator. These below GuestRules help protect your privacy, safety and the villa’s condition so we candeliver an exceptional stay. By checking in you agree to these rules.

1. Reservation, Check-in & Check-out
1.1. Check
-in time is 14:00; check-out time is 11:00 unless otherwiseagreed in writing.
1.2. A valid ID/passport is required for all guests at check-in. TheHost/Manager may make a copy for registration/insurance purposes.
1.3. Full payment of any outstanding balance and incidental deposit (ifrequired) must be settled prior to departure.
1.4. Late check-out requests must be approved 24 hours in advance and may incuradditional charges.

2. Occupancy & Visitors
2.1. Only guests registered at booking arepermitted to stay overnight. Additional visitors must be authorised in advance.
2.2. The Villa has a maximum sleeping capacity of [insert number] guests.Exceeding capacity without prior approval may result in termination of the stayand forfeiture of payments.
2.3. Day visitors are permitted only with prior approval from the Host and mayincur a visitor fee.

3. Privacy & Discretion
3.1. Villa Bellator is a private property —staff will never disclose guest identity, schedules, or activities to thirdparties.
3.2. Photography of staff without explicit consent is prohibited. Staff are notpermitted to photograph guests.
3.3. Respect neighbours and local community customs at all times.

4. Behaviour, Conduct & Safety
4.1. Respectful behaviour is required.Aggressive, abusive, discriminatory, or illegal conduct will result inimmediate ejection without refund.
4.2. Possession or use of illegal drugs, firearms, or weapons on the propertyis strictly forbidden.
4.3. Guests are responsible for the behaviour of their visitors and liable forany costs resulting from misconduct.

5. Parties, Events & Noise
5.1. No unapproved parties, concerts, orcommercial events are allowed. Requests for events must be submitted at least 7days prior and are subject to additional fees, security requirements, and arefundable damage deposit.
5.2. Quiet hours: 22:00 —07:00. During these hours music and amplified sound must bekept at levels that do not disturb neighbours or other guests.
5.3. Failure to observe noise rules may result in fines and/or earlytermination of the stay.

6. Smoking & Candles
6.1. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoorareas. Smoking inside the Villa will incur a deep-clean fee. See Fees (section14).
6.2. Open flames (candles, incense) are permitted only with prior approval andmust be supervised at all times.

7. Pets
7.1. Pets are not permitted unlesspre-approved in writing. Approved pets may attract a non-refundable cleaningfee and must be supervised at all times. Owners are solely responsible fordamage or injury caused by their pet.

8. Pool, Outdoor Areas & Safety
8.1. Use of the pool is at the guest’s ownrisk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
8.2. No glass is permitted at poolside; use provided non-glassware.
8.3. Diving, running on decks, or jumping from ledges is strictly prohibited.
8.4. Pool heating, if requested, may incur additional charges and should beconfirmed 24 hours prior.

9. Kitchen, Dining & Food Service
9.1. All food and beverage service isprovided by the Villa’s culinary team unless otherwise authorised. Externalcatering is not permitted without prior written approval.
9.2. Guests with allergies, dietary restrictions or medical conditions mustdisclose these at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Villa Bellator will makereasonable efforts to accommodate but is not liable for undisclosed conditions.
9.3. Self-catering use of the kitchen may be authorised only with supervisionand by prior arrangement; misuse of equipment resulting in damage will becharged.

10. Housekeeping & Linen
10.1. Daily housekeeping and eveningturndown services are included unless otherwise stated.
10.2. Towels and linens are for guest use only — please do not remove them fromthe property. Lost or severely damaged linens will be charged at replacementcost.
10.3. Special laundry requests should be placed through the Host. Urgentlaundry service is available for a fee and subject to garment care labels.

11. Keys, Locks & Security
11.1. A refundable key deposit may berequested. Lost keys will incur a replacement and re-keying charge.
11.2. Guests must lock the Villa when leaving. The Host can arrange additionalsecurity measures on request.
11.3. CCTV is used for perimeter and external security only; interiors areprivate. Any security system is managed in accordance with privacy law.

12. Maintenance, Breakages & Damage
12.1. Guests are liable for any loss,damage, or breakages caused by negligence or deliberate action. Costs will becharged to the credit card on file or deducted from the deposit.
12.2. Report maintenance issues immediately to avoid escalation. Do not attemptmajor repairs yourself.
12.3. If damage requires immediate remediation (e.g., plumbing, electrical),Villa Bellator reserves the right to access the affected areas and performrepairs for safety reasons.

13. Fees, Deposits & Penalties(examples)
13.1. Security / incidental deposit: UGX / USD [amount]refundable subject to inspection.
13.2. Smoking inside penalty (deep-clean): UGX / USD [amount].
13.3. Unauthorized event/party fee: UGX/ USD [amount] plus full damage deposit.
13.4. Lost key replacement & rekeying charge: UGX / USD [amount].
13.5. Pool heating (per night): UGX/ USD [amount].
(Host will confirm amounts at booking.)

14. Payments, Cancellations & No-Shows
14.1. Cancellation policy will be stated atbooking (standard: partial refund outside [X] days; no refund within [Y] days).Special event bookings may require stricter terms.
14.2. No-show or early departure does not automatically entitle guests to anyrefund.
14.3. All disputed charges should be raised within 7 days of check-out.

15. Lost & Found
15.1. Found items will be logged and heldfor 30 days.The Host will contact the guest within 24 hours of discovery. Return shippingor collection is arranged at the guest’s cost. Valuable items will be handledwith special chain-of-custody procedures.

16. Emergency Procedures & Contacts
16.1. Emergency contact card is in everysuite (local emergency numbers, Host contact, nearest hospital, ambulance).
16.2. The Villa maintains a first-aid kit and trained staff. In medicalemergencies, the Host will coordinate rapid transport to the nearest medicalfacility.
16.3. In case of fire, follow evacuation signage and muster at the designatedassembly point.

17. Environmental Responsibility
17.1. Villa Bellator promotes sustainablepractices: water-saving fixtures, recycling where possible, and local sourcingof produce. Guests are asked to support these efforts (e.g., towel reuse).
17.2. Bulk or single-use plastics should be avoided; the Villa will providealternatives.

18. Photography, Social Media & Press
18.1. Guests are welcome to photographtheir stay for personal use. Commercial photography, film, or press userequires prior written consent and may attract fees.
18.2. For high-profile guests, the Villa may request limited or no socialsharing for privacy reasons — this will be agreed at booking.

19. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
19.1. Any disputes arising from these ruleswill first be addressed by the Host/Manager. If unresolved, parties may pursuemediation before litigation.
19.2. These rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda (or theapplicable jurisdiction stated in the booking contract).

20. Enforcement & Right to RefuseService
20.1. Villa Bellator reserves the right torefuse service, cancel a reservation, or request immediate departure (withoutrefund) for any guest who violates these rules, presents a safety risk, orbehaves unlawfully.
21.2. The Host will document incidents and, when necessary, engage localauthorities.

21. Signature & Acceptance
By completing check-in you acknowledge thatyou have read, understood, and agreed to these Guest House Rules and acceptresponsibility for any charges arising from a breach.
